Dear Mishpochah - Song of Israel Family,

Shalom! May this letter find you in good health and strong in the Spirit. We have been through quite a year as most of us have with the COVID19 with all of the fallouts on many, many levels. In the middle of this battle we found ourselves in several other battles...in the loss of the lives of those we love. It was a hard time for both Alyosha and I to write. So you have not heard from us by email or posting what was happening. Our first loss was a young mother that we met when she was 12 years of age and she and and she and her daughter were in a fatal car crash. Her daughter survived leaving another younger sibling and the father to pick up the pieces and move forward. Pray for this family...the Hoyer Family. Then our precious in-law, Robin Pereira, was battling for her life after many brain surgeries and after almost 4 months she passed into the arms of the Heavenly Father. It's been a very hard year for our family to say the least. In all this we press on to the call of the LORD, for all He gave us to do here in our homeland. ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏

CONCERTS OF JOY CONTINUE…

During all of the closures for the elderly and especially the Holocaust Survivors we found many really suffering from loneliness and isolation. We have been able to do some concerts with them in private homes where we took the keyboard and helped bring them joy and the stream of His love. Many are so depressed, so to get them out of the house and share Messiah's outreaching arms, hug them, masks and all, and give them some little gifts, and a meal means so much! It has been a real blessing for us and for them. I only wish we could do more, as they must be so careful in what they are exposed to. Pray for us for more open doors as we enter 2021. Below are some pictures of one of our concerts and a 95 year old man celebrated by dancing with his wife for her birthday. Amazing!

A NEW DOOR OPENED WITH HEALTH RELATED OPPORTUNITIES!

 

Several years ago, doors began to open for me (Jody) to reach out to those hurting with physical sicknesses here in Israel. I began seeking how to help them with the knowledge the LORD had given me. I found myself trying to figure out what resources we had available here in the land to help them. This new work has turned out to be a major outreach with doors opening wide in communities I never dreamed would open up for us to impact. One example is Nada, an Arab Christian woman, all alone with MS and no one to help her and no vehicle to get around. All the drugs they are giving her are not the answer. So we are jumping in to help and will begin a fund for this purpose. It will take some resources to help those that have huge needs. Please pray with us and our team if you are able to contribute. 100% of this fund will go to the needy here in the Land battling many diseases. We will call this the "RESTORATION FUND", to aid in the restoration of many lives battling for their health and more. Just designate in your giving that the funds are for the "RESTORATION FUND"!
